MyAssistant
Actively monitor your business processes and receive notifications of issues you've identified as important. Give MyAssistant an unlimited number of "Tasks," schedule when each checks your business data for important events or conditions, and then be notified when something needs attention. Once notified, MyAssistant helps you address each issue by viewing any Sage Timberline Office report right from the e-mail message. And for a quick update, the MyAssistant Notification log shows open, closed or all notifications for each area of your business.

Based on business rules you can define, MyAssistant improves your productivity by automatically screening information and notifying you only of those things that are truly important or time sensitive. To help you get started, MyAssistant comes with 125 construction or 75 real estate pre-built Tasks. You can also create your own using a simple wizard.

Features and efficiencies

  • Create new Tasks by selecting one of the 220 pre-built or a custom condition to specify what should be monitored.
  • Schedule Tasks to run automatically on a specified frequency.
  • Define who to notify when the specified situation is found.
  • Dynamically notify project managers, vendors, customers, and others as issues arise that pertain to them.
  • Outline what information from Sage Timberline Office to communicate when notifying someone.
  • Specify the Sage Timberline Office reports and inquiries that are available from the e-mail notifications.
  • Ask to be notified again if a given issue hasn't been addressed in a certain time period.
  • While in the Notification Log, request an update to see a list of open items for a given subject.
  • Define conditions to actively monitor almost any aspect of your business.
