Sage Software Named One of Oregon's 100 Best Companies On March 6th, the company announced it has been named one of the 100 Best Places to Work for in Oregon by Oregon Business magazine. The magazine's 100 Best Companies competition recognizes 50 large (those with 250 or more employees) and 50 small companies for excellence in several categories, including benefits, compensation, work environment and career development. Results were published in the March issue of Oregon Business magazine.

Sage Software Named One of Portland’s "Best Places To Work" Editors chose the company's Beaverton, OR campus, a Portland suburb and home to the Sage Software Construction and Real Estate (CRE) division, as one of the region's "Best 20 Places to Work," after analyzing 1,397 surveys and visiting the campus. The results and accompanying feature article, “How to THRIVE from 9 to 5: Lessons Learned from the Best in the Business,” are published as the cover story in the October issue of Portland Monthly.
Sage Software Wins 2006 "Technology Choice" Award For Sage Timberline Office Selected via a voting process of peers, Sage Software was recently named winner of a 2006 Technology Choice Award in the Property Management Software category for its Sage Timberline Office business management system, being noted as a company that "stands apart from the rest and deserve[s] to be celebrated as the industry's very best," with results published in the October issue of Multi-Housing News.

Sage Software Earns Prestigious Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification For Product Support Teams Across North America The Beaverton, Oregon support center for Sage Timberline Office has been re-certified as it has been annually for the past nine years. Several Sage Software support centers achieved new certification under the prestigious Support Center Practices for the first time this year.

Attendees' Choice for two Most Innovative Products — Timberline Office was recognized with two honors in the third-annual Most Innovative Products (MIP) Awards, sponsored by Hanley-Wood Magazines. Fourth consecutive SCP Certification — Several Best Software customer support centers received the prestigious SCP Certification, among them the Timberline Office customer support center (Beaverton, Ore.). Timberline Office support was the first in the construction and real estate software industry to achieve SCP certification and has been certified each year since 2001.
Call Center of the Year— Best Software's customer support center for Timberline Office was among the recipients of the 2004 Global Call Center of the Year Awards, as recognized under the auspices of Call Center Magazine. Timberline's customer support center was acclaimed for its overall commitment to improving customer service and consistent performance in the delivery of technical support services.
Anytime Learning wins Most Innovative Deployment — Anytime Learning for Timberline Office was named as the first recipient of the "Most Innovative Deployment" award by WebEx Communications, Inc. The award recognizes Timberline's innovative application of WebEx to develop its recently introduced online service for software training. Citing a "creative use of record and playback capabilities," WebEx selected Timberline's innovative use from among its 8,500 customers worldwide.
Five-star rating for Timberline Office accounting — Timberline Office was awarded five out of a possible five stars for construction accounting in The CPA Technology Advisor magazine's annual construction accounting review, reported in the April/May 2004 issue. #1 in 2004 CFMA Information Technology Survey — At 17%, Timberline Office estimating ranked number one in use among all contractors for a dedicated estimating system according to the 2004 Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) Information Technology Survey for the Construction Industry. Timberline Office also placed number one for the percentage of general contractors (39%) who use an accounting system.
2003 American Business Award finalist — In April 2003, Timberline was named an American Business Awards finalist for Best Customer Support Organization. Timberline was one of only eight firms selected nationwide as an awards finalist for this category.

2002 Editors' Choice-Top 100 Product Picks — In its December 2002 issue, the editorial staff of Buildings magazine selected Timberline's Model Estimating as one of the year's top 100 products. Editors reviewed hundreds of products and based their selection on performance, applicability, uniqueness, and reader interest.
Best products of 2002 — Editors of Northwest Builder magazine selected Timberline Office as one of the best products of 2002. Among many features, Timberline Office was noted for its ability to share real-time information across departments. Product selections in part were based on reader response.
Cadalyst All-Star Award — The editors of Cadalyst magazine named Timberline's CAD Integrator among the publication's new product All-Star award winners for the first half of 2002, as reported in the June 2002 issue. CAD Integrator was among 12 All-Star winners chosen from 53 semifinalists.
Constructech Enabler Awards — Five Timberline clients were presented 2002 Vision Awards by Constructech magazine in November. Timberline was recognized with accompanying Enabler Awards for its role in providing the supporting technologies to these clients. In 2001, three Timberline clients were recognized for similar achievements.
SCP Certification — In July, Timberline's Client Services achieved Support Center Practices (SCP) Certification for the second year in a row. Certification acknowledges Timberline's excellence in providing technical support services to its customers. In May 2001, Timberline became the first AEC software provider to achieve SCP Certification. To achieve certification, an on-site audit is undertaken and a company must meet or exceed 101 key elements of customer support.
2001 TIPTA Award —The Toronto Construction Association in December 2001, in conjunction with Construct Canada 2001, named Timberline as the recipient of its annual TCA Innovative Product/Technology Award for the company's newest software development, CAD Integrator.
2000 Management Creativity Award — For her work revamping Timberline's Client Services department, Carol Vega, Timberline senior vice president of Client Services received international recognition when she was named recipient of the 2000 Service/Support Management Creativity Award presented by the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI) in October 2000.
STAR Award — In September 2000, Timberline received the Software Technical Assistance Recognition or STAR Award for Most Improved software support organization, from the Software Support Professionals Association (SSPA).
Distinguished Service Award — Presented by the National Association of Home Builders Student Chapters Program, the Distinguished Service Award recognizes an individual or corporation who has shown dedication to the NAHB student chapters program and construction education in general.
